Tree Damaged Roof of Dwelling
During a storm a tree fell onto the roof of this home. The tree caused roof damage which resulted in water damage to the interior of the residence. The attic and a bedroom were involved. The water damage is hard to see in the before photo, however the ceiling was removed due to a high moisture content within the drywall. The contents were removed from the room and containment was put in place. Once the ceiling fan, ceiling and insulation were removed the hole in the roof was visible from the bedroom. The after photo was taken prior to the temporary repairs to the roof.
